Cancellations | No shows | Rescheduling
We require a 48-hour cancellation notice or reschedules.
Cancellations or reschedules less than 48 hours or no shows will be charged a 100% of service total or redemption of your gift card and will require a card on file for all future appointments.
Consecutive or chronic cancellations/reschedules will prohibit you from booking future appointments.
Late Arrivals
We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled times and will be responsible for full service fees.
Children/Minors
Minors are welcome for spa services with a signed waiver by a parent/legal guardian. Parent/legal guardian must be present for all spa services provided to minor.
Guests
Please no guests during your appointment
Illness
Please reschedule if you are experiencing any cold or flu symptoms. Please note if any are present during treatment, April Gusler Makeup has the right to refuse duration of service.
